This position will be based at Khalifa Bin Zayed Air College. The faculty should be able to teach cadets how to prepare, interpret, disseminate, and react to Aviation Weather Forecaster. The faculty is required to teach effectively in a practical learner-centered environment. To prepare the cadets to become military pilots and to contribute to the positive development of the UAE armed forces. Adhere to and assist in the development of system-wide policies affecting the Higher Colleges of Technology. Actively participate in the academic and extra-curricular life of the College and the community.
* Master degree or equivalent in Meteorology with relevant Aviation knowledge
* 3 Years relevant teaching/training experience in the aviation meteorology
* Effective presentation skills both theoretical and practical
* Good hands-on practical knowledge
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, required with demonstrated ability to communicate with people at all levels from different cultures and nationalities
* Proven computer literacy
* Evidence of a Personal Professional Development Plan
* Ability to work as a team player in a multi culture work environment.
