MANAGER (INSPECTION)

Candidates should have degree in Mechanical Engineering with ASNT Level II Certification in RT, UT, PT, MT and about 20 years experience in condition and health monitoring of static and rotating equipments of an Ammonia/Urea fertilizer plant or Petrochemical Complex, of which 5 years should be as head of the Inspection department.

MANAGER (INSTRUMENTATION)

Candidates should have degree in Instrumentation & Control and minimum 20 years experience in carrying out day-to-day as well as turnaround maintenance of Ammonia-Urea fertilizer plant / Petrochemical Complex, particularly of DCS & systems, online analyzers, control valves of different types and electronic field instrumentation.

INSPECTION ENGINEERS

Candidates should have degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 20 years experience in condition and health monitoring of static and rotating equipments of an Ammonia/Urea fertilizer plant or Petrochemical complex. Candidates having ASNT Level II Certification in RT, UT, PT, MT are preferred.

ASST. MECHANICAL ENGINEERS / MECHANICAL ENGINEERS

Candidates should have degree in Mechanical engineering and at least 5 years experience for Asst. mechanical Engineers and at least 10 years experience for Mechanical Engineers in the day-to-day and turnaround maintenance of an Ammonia Urea fertilizer plant/Petrochemical Complex including centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, gas turbines, multistage pumps, static equipments such as reformers, waste heat boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and piping system including valves of various types.

ASST. SHIFT ENGINEERS/ SHIFT ENGINEERS (AMMONIA)

Candidates should have degree in Chemical Engineering and a minimum 5 years experience for Assistant Shift Engineers and minimum 10 years experience for Shift Engineers in the operation of Ammonia plant(s) using DCS & PLC system, steam reforming, catalytic reactors, centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, high pressure multistage pumps and boilers.

ASST. SHIFT ENGINEERS / SHIFT ENGINEERS (UREA)

Candidates should have degree in Chemical Engineering and a minimum 5 years experience for Assistant Shift Engineers and minimum 10 years experience for Shift Engineers in the operation of Urea plants(s) using DCS & PLC system, reactors, strippers, evaporators, centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, high pressure multistage pumps and fluid bed urea granulators.

ASST. SHIFT ENGINEERS / SHIFT ENGINEERS
(UTILITIES & OFFSITE)

Candidates should have degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and a minimum 5 years experience for Assistant Shift Engineers and minimum 10 years experience for Shift Engineers in the operation of Utilities and Off-site facilities of an Ammonia-Urea fertilizer plant / Petrochemical Complex including gas turbine generators with HRSG, desalination, demineralization, instrument air/plant air and nitrogen generation units, cooling water system bulk storages, all using DCS & PLC based control systems.

SHIFT COORDINATORS / OPERATORS
(AMMONIA / UREA / UTILITIES & OFFSITE)

Candidates should have degree in Science (B.Sc.) or diploma in Chemical Engineering and relevant experience of at least 15 years for Shift Coordinator and at least 8 years for Operator in operation of Ammonia / Urea plant/ Utilities and Offsite facilities of a Fertilizer / Petrochemical complex, Refinery or Power plant using DCS & PLC based control systems.

SENIOR TECHNICIANS TECHNICIANS
(ELECTTRICAL / MECHANICAL/ INSPECTION / INSTRUMENTATION)

Candidates should be diploma holder in respective discipline with experience of at least 15 year for Senior Technician and at least 8 years for Technical in electrical, mechanical or instrument maintenance or inspection of a Fertilizer / Petrochemical complex, Refinery or Power plant.
